Booking with Machula Expeditions

Machula Expeditions is  100% indigenuos Tour Operator,  Legally Recognized by Peruvian law. Machula expeditions Peru is indigenous owned

Tickets to Huaynapicchu are very limited, so to guarantee availability we recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance, especially if you’re planning to travel during the high season (May-September). Huaynapicchu is only open from April to November. It is closed the rest of the year because of the seasonal rains and to allow for restoration projects.

Payment Conditions.

To reserve the client has to choose any of our adventure service, at the same time we require personal information and also a deposit:

  • Full name ( as appears on your passport)
  • Nationality
  • Gender
  • Passport number
  • An photo of your passport  with your camara or cell phone
  • To make your reservation you need to make a deposit of $ 200 to secure your trip  (This fee is not refundable)  and the rest can be paid at our office in Cusco. 
    You will have to pay everything in full before going to any of our tour.

Please notify us in writing of any changes or cancellations to your travel plans as soon as possible.  You are free to cancel your booking any time, but be aware of the following refund policy, which assesses a cancellation fee as a fraction of the tour price, depens of how many days prior to departure we receive your written notification:

  • 45 to 22 days:  cancellation fee of 40 % total booking price
  • 21 to 9 days:  cancellation fee of 75 % total booking price
  • 8 or fewer days:  cancellation fee of 100 % total booking price

A deposit of $200 USD per person is required to reserve space on any of our treks.

Send Your Deposit Via paypal

You can submit your deposit via PayPal according to the instructions available on our website. Please note that PayPal automatically adds a 6% tax per transaction. The fee is additional to your $200 deposit. Once you have submitted payment, please forward the confirmation email to us to continue with your booking.

Send Your Deposit Via direct transfer

If you choose to send the deposit via direct transfer from your bank, please remember to include the 6% tax with your $200 per person deposit ($212 per person).

The deposits for a day of adventure has to be 100% to guarantee your trip, such as 7-Color Mountain or one-day Machu Picchu
Deposit is required to guarantee your reservation in any of our treks. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that our services will be available on your requested dates.

Once you have done your deposit, please send us the confirmation email or MTCN to us so we can confirm your reservation and book your tickets to Machu Picchu and (Optional) Huayna Picchu as soon as possible.

The deposit is non-refundable. As soon as we receive your deposit, we book your ticket to Machu Picchu and train .

The final payment is due after your orientation session with your guide (usually the day before your trek starts). CASH ONLY  full payment  before to start the trek that is our rule.
